Welcome to Ms. Duggan's Learning Zone
Ms. Duggan, a native to Georgia and the DeKalb County School System has been teaching Language Arts for over a decade. A graduate of Georgia State University, Ms. Duggan has a passion for all children and believes that all children can learn.
During her time as an educator, Ms. Duggan has worked diligently to provide her students with a quality education by making students believe in themselves, teaching them the importance of character, and helping them to become critical thinkers. Named Teacher of the Year for the 2011 and the 2017 school year, Ms. Duggan prides herself on giving back and making sure that when students leave her classroom they are equipped to function in the real world. In her spare time Ms. Duggan enjoys spending time with her family and reading books of all genres. Ms. Duggan is a firm believer in the old adage, "It takes a village" if we want to see our kids succeed.
